Do you sell artwork without frames?
All Printico artwork is sold exclusively as framed pieces — we believe the frame is as much a part of the artwork as the print itself. That said, you are welcome to remove the print from the frame once received and display it however you choose.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns where an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from the product described. Change of mind returns are not accepted. For full details including how to make a claim, visit our Returns & Refunds page.
Are these original paintings?
Every piece in the Printico collection sits at the intersection of tradition and innovation. Our artists draw original compositions, taking inspiration from classical art movements before reimagining them into something entirely new. Each design is then brought to life on high quality matte paper before being individually hand-finished with a tactile texture coating. The result is something that honours the legacy of fine art while feeling genuinely made, not just printed. No two pieces are exactly alike.
What size are the frames?
Our standard frame size is A3 (42cm x 30cm), making it perfect for most wall spaces. Full dimensions and specifications can always be found on the individual product page.
How long does delivery take?
As every order is made fresh for you, please allow 3–5 working days for production plus delivery. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?

Can I request a custom design?
We don't currently offer fully bespoke commissions, but our catalogue is constantly growing. If you have a specific style or subject in mind, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to point you to something from our collection that fits.
Are the picture lights rechargeable?
Yes — all lights included in our sets are wireless and rechargeable, meaning you can hang your frames anywhere without needing to be near a plug socket.
What if I want to swap my print later?
Our sets come with extra prints precisely for this reason. Simply remove the current print from the frame and replace it with your alternative — no tools needed, takes seconds.
Can I choose my own artwork for the Gallery Set or Solo Set?
Absolutely — that's the whole point. When ordering a Gallery Set or Solo Set, you choose your artwork from our full catalogue. Your selections are noted at checkout and we handle the rest.
